Product Description

Features:

1. Suitable for chamfering of active and passive wheels of various spiral bevel gears.

2. The machine tool adopts a vertical, fully enclosed cover and is controlled by a Siemens CNC system.

3. It can process sharp edge tooth profiles and tooth top chamfers on large and small ends of spiral bevel gear parts.

4. The machining spindle adopts an electric spindle to ensure constant linear speed cutting of the tool.

5. Machine tool processing is carried out using dry cutting technology.

6. Reserved robot interface to interface with various automated production lines.

7. The main and passive wheels can be chamfered on the same equipment.
